1.    The Executive Committee of Simla Ice Skating club is also the managing Body of the Civil Club Section and, its decision shall be binding on all members.
2.    The grant of membership is subject to the approval of the Executive committee.
3.    The Executive Committee of the Club is empowered to remove any member(s) from membership for deliberate breach of discipline or conduct.
4.    The membership of regd. Members shall automatically cease if the member does not renew the membership of Simla Ice Skating Club as a regd. Member.
5.    The Associate Members enrolled shall have no right to be enrolled as registered members and shall also not enjoy the rights as that of registered members.
6.    All members shall be answerable for proper usage of club property.
7.    All members shall adhere to the rules and regulations as framed/revised from time to time by the Executive Committee.
8.    All members have to pay the monthly subscription/dues every month/regularly. The Executive Committee reserves the right for cancellation of membership on account of non-payment of dues. The member shall still be liable to pay the dues till the date he/she remains as member.
9.    No Creadit facilities are offered in the club
